Terms and conditions of sale
These terms summarize the rules applicable to purchases made on FormationPack. They may be completed as the full commercial opening progresses.
Order
The order becomes effective after payment validation or explicit confirmation by FormationPack depending on the checkout flow used.
Prices
Prices are displayed in euros including applicable taxes when due. FormationPack may change prices at any time without affecting an already validated order.
Course access
Access to content, materials or support is provided after payment according to the terms of the purchased course.
Support
Support may be provided remotely by phone, video call, Teams or any other tool agreed with the client.
Cancellation and refund
Each request is reviewed case by case. When a personalized service or digital access has started, refunds may be limited.
Secure payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. FormationPack does not store full bank card numbers.
Liability
FormationPack provides training content and advice. The client remains responsible for applying methods in their own context.
